CHILTunnel drying kiln for fibreboards – type KTD
As a result of the wood drying process, fibreboards with natural safe and outstanding insulating characteristics are produced. Every tunnel kiln dryer is designed according to the client´s requirements.
Every tunnel dryer for wood fibreboards represents an original piece in a way which is adapted for the capacity, technical, technological and ecological requirements of the customer.
Wood fibreboards are manufactured at maximum drying temperature 160 °C. They´re characterized by ecological unobjectionability, outstanding heat – insulation properties. Bearing structure of the wood tunnel dryer is made of high quality steel profiles forming the supportive frame with possibility to extend the dryer by the fourth drying zone.
Fans ensure uniform drying air flowing in all zones of the wood tunnel dryer, in the speed of ca. 2 – 2.5 m/s.
Water or possibly steam can be used as the heating medium. Every drying zone is equipped with an independent air exchange with a recuperation device. Everything for your energy saving.
The wood tunnel dryer is controlled by a fully automatic drying process control system MKT 8-G.
