MKT 8-G Automatic Control System

The complete control system is formed by the following elements:

Electric switchboard
Air temperature and moisture sensors to measure the climatic conditions in the tunnel drier
Actuators (servo-units, solenoid valves)
System to measure the wood-fibre boards moisture
The very control PLC computer located in the switchboard
The control computer

The system is built on the basis of a control computer of the PLC type (as a slave) and the main computer of the IBM PC standard (as a master) serving to enter and check the data.

The control is performed using an installed keyboard with a touchpad and 18" monitor.
