Wood material is standardly filling by fork lift truck from one side of drying chamber, but we can offer modified drying kiln version with double-sided filling. You´ll improve your production with this flexible solution. Of course our wood dryers are individually constructed according to the client´s requirements.

These types of wood driers are characterized by high flexibility in the drying of lower timber volumes with very short charging and discharging times. Such short times are achieved by using rail trucks – wagons to charge and discharge the driers.
The timber lies lengthwise in the direction of the wood drying, the air is blown across the direction of transport. Both charging variants are possible – passing through as well as front loading.

The capacity of the wood driers range from 4 to 160 m³.

All bearing parts, beams, roof holding structure and trusses are made of first class aluminium profiles, stainless steel design on demand. Our priority is high protection of construction lifetime and protection against snow load.

Drying kiln wall system meet the strictest criteria for heat-insulation.

Air circulation in chamber is provided by efficient reversable axial fans with a diameter up to 1 600 mm (according to drier type), which together with intelligent adjustment of air speed frequency converter ECO – TRONIC benefit you by outstanding power saving.
Low consumption of heat energy can be achieve with effective recuperation unit.
Quality of final product is highlighted by low-pressure or high-pressure humidification system.

The whole process of wood drying is controlled completely by the automatic regulation system MK 320 – G with choice between preset drying process or you can specify your own.
